Our easy delivery and returns policy at Stitcha. With all information detailed on delivery and returning products ordered from www.stitcha.co.uk.
Orders placed on a bank holiday weekend will be processed next working day.
No delivery on bank holidays.
All of products are handcrafted and made to order by Stitcha and the British Designers that we carefully select to assemble your product.
Once a product is selected dispatch is when we send the product to our delivery partner, not the date it arrives to your door.
Below you will find more information on the delivery process and how long after dispatch you should expect delivery.
Wherever possible, we aim to delivery within 4 – 6 weeks of dispatch. Our delivery partner will aim to deliver your item signed for and within 48hours. Should you require any additional information to be passed onto our delivery partner please do let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
For large volume or quantity orders our delivery method will be the same however due to demand the delivery could be 4 – 8 weeks. We always aim to get all orders made efficiently and together therefore if you need any items by a certain date please do not hesitate to email us at email@example.com and we will certainly discuss with the makers to see if a specific time can be met.
Please note any bespoke requests that are agreed upon will also be agreed to a separate dispatch time should this happen this will be clearly explained via email.
Please remember to check that items can be delivered into your space easily. Should a bespoke order be agreed on that is larger than our standard sizes then this includes checking hallways and door frames throughout the property. If an item cannot be delivered it will be returned to our workshop and a return delivery fee will be charged. Charges will also apply to cancelled deliveries, failed deliveries or return collections.
Currently we deliver in Weekdays only. For a weekend delivery to be arranged we would require an email to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to ordering.
If you have ordered multiple items, they will be shipped together as per the longest lead time. If this is not convenient and you would like each product shipped when it is ready please email us at email@example.com . Please note, individual delivery costs will occur if your items are dispatched separately.
The default delivery period after dispatch is within 30 days however unless a longer period is agreed we always aim to get your products to you as soon as possible. We take great pride with the designs and handmade craftsmanship of these items. The limited collection lampshades and Curtains are all crafted in Cornwall with our Printed Lampshades being hand rolled in Northern England, here they are dispatched beautifully to avoid any unnecessary carbon footprint between Cornwall and Northern England
All returns policies are detailed below, we do not offer free delivery and returns on all UK orders.
If your item does not arrive please notify us as a matter of urgency and we will seek to locate your Product. Shoud the non dleivery be due to a lack of reasonable care and skill on behalf of Us or our representatives we will provide a replacement of a full refund.You can return Products other than Bespoke Products to us within 30 days of receipt of your Products for a full refund (excluding postal charges and must be returned with signed for or tracked postage). This is subject to you having notified us you wish to cancel or terminate your order within your 14-day cooling off period. This does not affect your statutory rights if the Products are not as described or of satisfactory quality.
Items should be unused, returned in their original packaging and in a fully resalable condition. Any items that arrive damaged due to not being in the original packaging will not permit a refund.
We do not offer a free returns service (mainland UK addresses or worldwide). Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then contact our Courier and arrange your collection.
For returns inside and outside of mainland UK customers will be responsible for payment of the return delivery.
We will refund the original credit card used for the purchase as soon as the Products have arrived back with us, or offer an exchange or replacement or gift card. Please note: Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be received following receipt of the Products.
In unusual circumstances that you have reason to return after the 30th day of receipt of your Products the buyer may request a replacement. Where a replacement is not suitable, only a gift card will be credited.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 products that are made to a specific order and are bespoke, cannot be refunded, unless there is a fault with the product. The buyer is not entitled to change their mind, such as bespoke curtains or blinds or lampshades.
Orders for interiors in bespoke fabric choices cannot be refunded, unless there is a fault with the product or service.
Please note all returns can only be met once photographic provided is provided and the item has been returned for inspection.
